As stated on their website, their mission is: to combat food insecurity and promote health through charitable food production and education.
You should definitely check out their website, it's full of information about the work they're doing to help get nutritious, fresh, local veggies & fruits to people in the community who need them. 
In 2016, they grew and donated 12,000 pounds (!) of produce and their goal in 2017 is 20,000 pounds! 
Let's help them reach that goal.
