Join us for 2018's first TACOS for PEACE, to benefit Iowa City's chapter of Food Not Bombs. 

Food Not Bombs is a global network of independent collectives with the shared goal of offering free vegan and vegetarian food, using ingredients that would otherwise be thrown away. These are volunteer-run collectives dedicated to non-violence, and see food as a right, not a privilege.
The Iowa City chapter is just getting off the ground, having started up in October. We are still small, but growing quickly, and are always open to new members! Besides providing healthy vegan meals (using ingredients sourced from local businesses like Trumpet Blossom Cafe, and Old Capitol Food Co) we aim to provide other necessities such as clothing, blankets, etc. for free.
